Especially down to your promptness. Your company was there at the exact time you said you would be there for set up as well as the start time, with some extra minutes to spare. • The idea of an event planner was presented to me as we were ramping up the planning and design of our grand opening. While at first I didn't know if it was 100% necessary (trying to pinch pennies here) the time saved and mistakes avoided paid for itself. From design, room layout, vendor relationships, ideas and opportunities....Not to mention the day of service!!! Best idea ever. Not having to worry about putting out fires i.e running around because the ice was running low, checking on inventory of drinks and food, and checking in with all the vendors for the 101 needs they have was the BEST. We were able to worry about our guest and their experience, were we belonged. Guess I use an event planner now, and Kreativ Myndz showed me the way!
