Month-of Planning

For the couple that has planning complete, but needs a professional to tie up loose ends and execute the day.

• Includes Day-of coordination
• Complimentary consultation
• Face-to-face planning meetings
• Complete walk-through of event site
• Thorough review of vendor details and services
• Prepare day-of schedule for event
• Schedule and confirm vendor arrival times
• Serve as point of contact for venue staff and all vendors
• Attendance at wedding rehearsal to rehearse wedding timeline and review day-of activities
• Assist in set up of event items including programs, unity candles, aisle runners, etc.
• Assist in set up of reception items including seating cards, place cards, gifts table and card box, wedding favors, etc.
• Hold event staff and vendors to established timeline
• Assist guests and answer questions as needed
• Resolve any event related problems that arise

Partial Planning

For the couple that has most of their planning complete, but may need a bit of assistance along the way

• Includes Month-of services
• Prepare planning timeline and wedding checklist
• Provide vendor recommendations and assist with booking
• Assist with guest seating chart

Full Service Planning

For the couple that needs assistance from beginning to end.

• Recommendation and assistance in ordering and distribution of invitations and save the dates
